Chamoy & Tajin Skidattles -- Freeze Dried Skittles

A twist on a favorite.  Freeze drying skittles makes them pop like popcorn.  This makes the texture airy and crunchy.  It great to see someone try and freeze dried skittle for the first time. Their faces are priceless.
